| 2008 Personalized Training Options |
| Option 1 |
| FULL YEAR (Jan-Dec) - $100 |

| WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT |
| You will receive a detailed training program that will include: |
- 6 week segments that will focus on different key components for each segment (i.e. hills, tempo runs, intervals)
- Suggested workouts for 7 days a week(including cross training or days off)
- Suggested mileage for each of those workouts
- Suggested paces for each of those workouts
- Suggested races to be run
- Suggested recovery after a key race
- Access to the coach via email, phone or in person for any questions or concerns you may have throughout the year.
- Access to a "mentor" within your general training group throughout the year that understands the workouts and the reasoning behind each of the workouts and can answer your questions if the coach is unavailable.

| WHAT THE COACH EXPECTS FROM YOU |
- Commitment to the program
- Register yourself on the MNRed page of RunningAhead
- Fill in your log on RunningAhead regularly and have it set up so that the coach can view your workouts
- Regular weekly emails following up with the coach on how you feel throughout the training and any questions you may have

| 16 WEEK general program - $25 |

| You will receive a general program that will include: |
- Suggested workouts for 7 days a week(i.e. hills, tempo, intervals, days off, cross training)
- Suggested duration for each of those workouts
- Description of terms for each workout
- Access to the coach via email, phone or in person for any questions or concerns you may have throughout your program.
